This course teaches you to recognize and respond to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies for adults, children, and infants. It combines self-paced online learning with a hands-on in-person skills session - so you get the flexibility of online study with the confidence that only comes from real practice.

Why Adult & Pediatric?

Many CPR courses only teach you to save an adult. We don't think that's enough. Every class we offer covers adults, children, and infants, because emergencies don't get to choose who they happen to. If you're going to get certified, you should leave knowing how to help anyone in front of you.

This course covers:

  • CPR for adults, children, and infants
  • AED use for all ages
  • Choking response for all ages
  • First aid for bleeding, burns, and sudden illness

How this course works — two steps:

  • Step 1: Complete your online portion at your own pace before your class date — takes between 30 minutes and 3.5 hours, complete it anytime
  • Step 2: Attend your in-person skills session and demonstrate hands-on competency to earn your certification

Who this is for:

Anyone who wants full Red Cross certification with schedule flexibility. Ideal for busy professionals, workplace teams, parents, caregivers, and community members who want to be ready for any emergency, regardless of who needs help.

Details:

  • Online portion: 30 minutes to 3.5 hours, self-paced
  • In-person skills session: approximately 2 hours 30 minutes
  • Maximum 12 students per session
  • All equipment and materials provided
  • Red Cross certification valid for 2 years

After registering you will receive a confirmation email with your voucher code and a direct link to access your online course through the Red Cross Learning Center. Complete your online course before attending your in-person session - students who have not completed it may need to be rescheduled.
